Reporting a problem

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, what you expected, what happened, and any steps that reproduce the problem. Avoid including sensitive information, and do not send an exported map unless requested.

Overworld Pro

Overworld Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. If a previous purchase is not recognized, open Overworld, go to Settings, select Overworld Pro, and tap Restore Purchases.

Map backups

Current backups can contain revealed grid cells, optional first-reveal times, and format metadata. Treat them as location-related data. Password protection is available, but Overworld cannot recover a forgotten export password.

Privacy

Overworld stores its live exploration database on your device. The app does not require an account or include advertising or analytics SDKs. Optional exports and device backups may be stored outside the app. Read the Overworld Privacy Policy for details.
